ORMA's first Board of Directors is comprised of many of the leaders of the Reputation Management industry. The companies represented by the members of this voluntary Board are pioneers who have much to contribute to the shaping of the industry's future and to fostering a better public understanding of online reputation management.

Dr. Andrew Tucker

Lecturer, Department of Management, Birkbeck College, University of London Founder, TrustedReputation

Andrew is the Founder of TrustedReputation and specializes in organisational reputation management and how organisations can measure, manage, and maximize their most valuable intangible asset - their reputation. Andrew was awarded his PhD with distinction in 2006 from the School of Government, Georgetown University. He has published on the topics of collective reputation action, measuring organizations' reputation, stakeholder alignment, how people trust organizations, European regulatory affairs, and health policy in the UK. He has pioneered graduate courses on reputation management at London and Georgetown Universities. As a consultant, Andrew has worked with pharmaceutical, banking and media companies as well as with UK government and the armed forces, as well as the Confederation of British Industries, where he constructed the national standard for corporate reputation. Before entering academia, Andrew was named a Young New Economy Entrepreneur of the Year by Ne Media Age in 2001.
