This statement of privacy (“Privacy Statement”) applies only to orm-association.com (the “Website”), a site operated by The Online Reputation Management Association (“ORMA”). It does not apply to information collected offline. Furthermore, it does not apply to other ORMA sites, or sites linked from this site.
ORMA may change this statement without notice, so please check back periodically. We will post the date of any modification so that you know if the policy has changed since your last visit.
What types of information are collected on the Website?
At this time, ORMA collects personal information when you visit the Website only if you voluntarily provide it such as when contacting the Website representatives via email, when registering for membership or an event or when participating in an online forum or blog. Personal information means information that is identifiable to you personally, such as your name, telephone number, postal address, or email address.

Reorganization of ORMA. In the event that ORMA is merged with or becomes part of another organization, or in the event that substantially all of the assets of ORMA are transferred to another entity or ORMA is otherwise reorganized, the information you provide, including personal information, will be one of the assets transferred to the acquiring or reorganized entity.
